Micky j Big problem is in hire game. You do a course and expected to be fully competent in doing a cal which may of being your first in years. Not fully sure on who did what but tougher guidelines need be in place so this tragic event doesn’t happen again

I don't believe anyone can disagree with this statement. Even if you were to set aside all other details about this tragic incident, the time taken to reach this point is appalling.

The content reflects the support you gave us at Kimberly at the time of the accident and since that dreadful time.I know that Ricks widow appreciated your support particularly as at the time some of the so called industry experts including Genie chose to implicate blame on Rick and the Kimberly management.For the future I hope that the industry is more understanding and supportive of companies and families in similar tragic situations and do not castigate without knowing the facts. For the sake of Ricks family and the Kimberly team I am pleased that this matter can now have closure.
